With this quality goal in mind we have developed a management system that meets all of the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System standard.
ISO 9001:2008 is the world’s leading management system standard applied to the processes that create and control the products and services of an organisation. It provides a structured approach to control business processes for meeting and exceeding the customer’s needs and expectations. It also facilitates in the achievement of organizational objectives.
The fundamentals of the framework have been integrated into our key business processes. The results of these processes are constantly reviewed as part of our Continual Improvement strategies. Our system is audited by International Standards Certifications annually to ensure our ongoing compliance.
EDSS takes its responsibility of ensuring all employees at our work sites are provided with the safest possible working conditions. Our Occupational Health and Safety Management system has been designed to reduce the risk of an accident or incident occurring by ensuring that effective hazard management controls are implemented and understood by all staff.
A thorough internal inspection and auditing process ensures that all employees understand their safety responsibilities when working on or near our work sites. Results from these inspections and audits are reviewed to ensure our system is constantly improved.
Our Occupational Health and Safety Management system is fully compliant to AS/NZS 4801:2001 and is audited annually by International Standards Certifications.
